The American documentation method, the (A p A) system, is adopted in writing sources and references.
1- The source or reference, if it is a book in Arabic or a book in foreign languages, shall be written as follows: author's surname, name, year of printing, book title, place of printing, and name of the printing press.
2- Scientific journals and periodicals are referred to as follows:
The title of the researcher, name of the researcher, year of publication, identification of the research, and the crown are placed in quotation marks "....", the name of the periodical or journal, volume, issue, and pages.
If the search is published on websites, the site is eventually written in italics.
3- The articles published in the official newspapers are referred to as follows:
Title of the researcher, name of the researcher, identification of the article, name of the newspaper, date of issue in day, month, and year, date of visit to the website)
4. The documents adopted in the documentation of cultural property of all kinds, whether administrative correspondence, legal records, or endowments, shall be referred to as follows:
The circle that holds the document, then the file name, then the document number and symbols.
If the document is issued: the issuer, then the classification number, the place of storage of the paper, and its number.
5- It is possible to rely on oral narratives that older people store in their memories, which sometimes chronicle cultural property, the history of its maintenance, and its functions through historical eras. In this case, these interviews should be referred to as follows:
Oral interview with (mention the person's name) and then say the place of the consultation and the date of the day, month, and year.
